This is such a valuable post! People always seem to have the idea in their head that creating videos quickly and easily requires all sorts of expensive equipment. You can literally get by with just a Logitech C920, but having a simple backdrop, lights and USB mic open the doors for even more possibilities.

And if no one else has realized it, this whole setup takes about $500! For a small business that's really not an aggressive investment at all.

I just signed up with Infusionsoft a couple of weeks ago. I am having a wonderful experience so far. I have a great coach, plus I abuse Flywheel with questions via email all the time.

I have a couple of follow up sequences already working, and I am building more. The ability to send letters to my clients that change according to answers to questions in the letter is very valuable to me as I try to create a better customer experience with my company.

Will tells me that they have made major strides since having some issues so I am glad I did not work with them then. All I can say is that now they appear to have made excellent progress and I am very pleased with what I have seen so far.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. You are not alone, Infusionsoft has had some serious growing pains, hence why I didn't promote them for almost 2 years. I am promoting Infusionsoft again because they have fixed the issues.

I used Infusionsoft for 1 year and it was a terrible experience. Their customer support was so bad they assigned a specialist to my account who would not return calls. They knew they had a problem and addressed it with another problem. Total waste of time and money.

Thanks Deanna for taking the time to reach out! I apologize to everyone (especially ColoradoCyn) for not leaving an update earlier.

The good news is I added a link to a plain .txt file of the code for easy copy/paste action!

Deanna, the slightly less good news is that this feature went a little sour with the latest software update, so you'll have to wait a tiiiiny bit to implement it.

Feel free to submit a support ticket about it. They do a pretty good job of keeping users in the loop through the whole ticket resolution process :)

A couple of months ago. I helped a company move from OfficeAutoPilot (OAP) to Infusionsoft. This company had a big lists, and they said they were having issues with trackable links. Hence upgrading to Infusionsoft.

OAP has a lot of potential. They are good peoples as well.

Yes, I am an affiliate Doug. I was also a CMAC for several years. I decided not to renew my certificate... no sense paying to renew it when I know the software like the back of my hand.

Did you know that Infusionsoft went from $0 to $20 million dollars annually in 7 years? Plus, they now have 7,000+ customers. They are doing something right that is for sure!

Like every software company, Infusionsoft still bugs and issues to resolve. However, the numbers don't lie, and I assure you there is NOTHING better on the market.

Will - how long ago did you work with Office AutoPilot for your client? I just started using their new WordPress Membership Plugin / Affiliate / Shopping Cart program and am diggin' it. All fairly new features.

It didn't work for me at all. I'm usually pretty good with this kind of thing. It posted a line across the screen and a return arrow, then my original, ugly IS form.
